• Question: would you not find it easier to be afull time mum

      No I don’t think so, I think its healthy to have a good balance for both.

      I have studied and worked hard to get to the position I have at work and by becoming a full time mum I would fall behind a bit.

      Improvements in flexible working for both mums and dads means its much easier to do both that in used to be.
