No, but I can see why people choose to be! It’s great for the health, and a lot of animals are treated very badly before we get to eat them!

I’m not a vegetarian (yet) but I am a ‘meat reducer’ so I eat more vegetable based meals than I do meat or fish. This is both better for the environment as well as your own health.

Like Daniel, I am a meat reducer. I found it much easier than I expected to replace the meat in my diet. I’ve chosen to do that because of the environmental damage that meat production can cause, because of my concerns about the treatment of the animals and because it’s healthier for me!

I am not -I would like to be but unfortunately I am allergic to nuts, beans, soya, legumes so an alternative source of protein is out for me. I do try and limit the amount of meat I eat as with the others but I couldn’t cut it out all together.

No. But I try to eat less animal as I think it’s a good idea!
