  I have heard of Surfers Against Sewage. They worked with a colleague of mine on a project to quantify exposure to pathogens and antibiotic resistance in the coastal waters they surf. I feel their aims to surf in clean coastal waters are consistent with my own aims to minimise the risk to humans and the environment from pollution.
