• Question: how long have you wanted to be an environmental geologist

      I had never heard of Environmental Geology or contaminated land when I was at school!
      I loved physical geology and the study of the environment and all the natural processes at work all the time which more often than not humans are not aware of – I did both GCSE and A-Level Geography.

      I chose my degree in geography and geology and went to a careers fair towards the end of my degree where Cardiff University had a stand and the description of an Masters Degree course really appealed to me and would help me put all the things I learned in my degree to good practice.
      Sometimes you just stumble on a subject which really appeals to you and that is what happened to me 🙂
