Air pollution is slightly different to climate change, and global warming is just one ‘sympton’ of climate change, but the causes are often the same so if you control for one you can often benefit the other.

Air pollution is considered to have health effects across exposed populations or ecosystems and these impacts are often quite localised to the source whereas climate change affects everyone no matter where you are in the world.
