Global worming causes the polar ice caps and glaciers melt but at a faster rate, sea levels would rise further with more low lying land being land lost underwater and the oceans would become warmer. There would be more frequent extreme weather events including long periods of drought that would change where and how we grow food our food. All of these things would affect the wildlife and risk more species becoming extinct. It may seem like a lot of the things that you hear about global warming are happening in other countires but we would still see many of the impacts in England and that is why it is a global problem that no one country can solve alone without working with the others.

Global warming results in rising sea levels through polar cap melting. As we are an island, this causes risks of flooding and even sinking of certain parts of the island. It causes wetter stormier summers from happening. It also causes damage to natural habitats, from excessive rain. It also causes animals and plants to come out sooner than they should, which disturbs their ability to survive.
