• Question: why are cats so evil

      Cat’s aren’t evil, but they are mini super predators and are not native to the UK. We have them in really high numbers because they make such great pets, and they hunt our native wildlife (like small mammals and birds) which can locally reduce numbers of those species. Many people have their cats as inside cats and don’t let them roam freely, or some people put bells on the cats collars so that other animals can hear them coming… these things mean that people can have their pets, but that they don’t have such a bad impact on our wildlife.
